By downloading or using AI Decky you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to the app. If the two conflict, the EULA wins.
The app
AI Decky lets you create, import and study flashcards with spaced repetition, and optionally generate cards and explanations with AI. Decks, import, study and subdecks are free. AI features come with a monthly or daily allowance.
Your content
Decks, cards, images and files you add, import or generate are yours, and you are responsible for them. Only use content you have the right to use. Your content is stored on your device, so please keep your iPhone backed up — we cannot restore decks we never had.
AI-generated content
AI cards and tutor answers are produced automatically and can contain mistakes or outdated information. Review anything important before relying on it. Medical, legal, financial and exam content is for study only and is not professional advice.
Fair use
AI features have usage limits so the service stays available for everyone. Do not try to get around them, access our server other than through the app, or use the AI features to create unlawful or harmful content.
Premium subscription
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. It raises your AI allowance; the rest of the app is free either way.
- Current prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it at any time in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If we change what Premium includes or costs, the change applies from your next billing period and Apple will ask for your consent where required.
Availability
We work to keep AI Decky reliable, but the app and AI features are provided "as is". AI features need an internet connection and our server, and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or results of study.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
